Teaching aids for the swim program

Kemp USA Knee Pad for CPR Training

Training equipment is what turns a pool into a swim school. Kickboards, pull buoys and teaching aids are cheap, last for years and directly raise what a program can charge.

• Equipment widens what you can teachA program with proper aids can run stroke correction and conditioning, not just splash classes.
• Institutional foam, not pool toysConsumer foam goes to pieces in a term. This is specified for daily chlorinated use.
• Buy class setsTeaching with eight boards for a class of twelve is teaching with a constraint.

Size the order to your biggest class

Work out the largest class you run, add spares for the ones that go missing, and buy that. Topping up mid season always costs more.

Common questions

How many kickboards does a program need?

Match your largest class size plus a few spares. Running short limits what you can enrol.

How long do they last?

Institutional grade foam gives several seasons of daily use in a chlorinated pool.

What age are these suitable for?

Sizes vary by product. Tell us the ages you teach and we will suggest the mix.

Can we store them outside?

Out of direct sun if you can. UV is harder on foam than chlorine is.

How fast does this ship?

Most of the Kemp range ships from stock, and delivery choices are shown at checkout. If you need a date confirmed before you order, call 631-678-6506 and we will confirm it with the warehouse first.
